Refund policy
Due to items being made to order, we do not accept returns and do not issue refunds, unless you have received a damaged product or an incorrect product.
If you have an issue with your order, you have 30 days after receiving your item to notify us.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
